SLJ My comments count (day 2)

 HI GUYS!

WELCOME BACKK! Today i'll be showing day 2s SLJ activity. I didn't do this yesterday because i wasn't here. Anyway yesterdays task was to choose a blog post to comment on then create a doc in your writing folder to craft your comment. When you are ready to share copy and paste and publish your comment on their blog. After that Take a screenshot of your published comment and share on your blog. Then use the commenting criteria to help you describe why your comment is a quality comment. If you guys didn't know a good comment needs a positive a  thoughtful and a next time you could thing. Here it is.

Thanks for reading my blog post! See you next time. BYEEEE!!

  1. Kia Ora again Kezia,

What a great comment you’ve written! I like how you’ve been positive and clear on why you liked the artwork, it will definitely encourage the blogger to continue posting! I also really liked how you thoughtfully related to the blog post by talking about how you yourself have done a similar post. Your suggestion at the end was also kind and helpful. You’ve hit the trifecta, well done!

What other sorts of things do you think you could include in the comment? What would you like to see in the comments on your blog posts?

Perhaps you could add some text at the end explaining why your comment is a quality comment to explain to your readers what sort of comments you would like. Keep up the great work!

    Ka kite anō,
    Shannon (SLJ)

  2. Hi Kezia
Great blog post I really liked how you have talked about what you had to do to get the comment down and I like how you did that. Next time you could tell you could tell us why you thinik your comment is positive helpful and thought full. Also I think your comment is positive helpful and thought full beucase you talked about there post and told them what you liked about it. Next time in your comment you could add something they could do better like add more infomation to something jsut and example. Over all great post. What can you do better next time?

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - Begin with a greeting. Talk about something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A comment that will mean something to me to let me know you read/watched or listened to what I had to say. - use any language.
3. Something helpful - Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
Encourage me to make another post!
